Regarding wines, I prefere rosé. A wine to be drunk fresh, on an outdoor terrace with appertizers or seafood. »

Harvest: Harvest in late September when grapes get a good maturity
Wine making process: Grapes are macerated few hours to obtain a nice rosé color. The fermentation last 15 days around.
Terroir: Those vines are well situated on a sunny micaschist plateau protected from spring frost.
Vine age: 15 years old
Food pairing: Perfect at the aperitif on its own, it is great with barbecue and also fruits salad.
