Château de Chasseloir 2014 live tasting by Andreas Larsson
Youthful appearance here, pale straw colour with a slightly green hue. Nice purity on the nose. A slight
sensation of fresh grapes, green apple, lemon zest and lime. A clear notion of stony, minerality. No oak
whatsoever. The palate is rather a lightweight. With youthful and primary fruit. There is no presence of oak
there. Quite marked acidity. So really mouth-watering and crispy. There is a gentle hint of bitterness there,
so some notes of freshly crushed apple, like fresh apple must. Some herbal notes and medium to long finish.
